From 2024 onwards, Proces Bouwers will be active in Aruba as the first (certified) AFAS partner in the Caribbean, and we are proud of that! We operate from Aruba but are just as happy to visit Curaçao or Bonaire. Meetings are personal and we are available locally on a daily basis.

Personal contact
Our Caribbean Mentor Manager Niels van Ingen lives in Aruba and is in daily contact with our head office. Over the past few years, he has guided many companies and is familiar with the challenges of different work cultures, budget planning and the diverse ambitions of companies.
He would be pleased to arrange an introductory meeting and outline a step-by-step plan for AFAS optimisations.

When will you start with AFAS Mentorship?
Once you have chosen AFAS, you will start with an implementation. From that moment on, your relationship with your AFAS Consultant will begin. They will ensure that all the basic settings are put in place. The aim is to make your go-live a huge success.
You may have been working with AFAS for years, but you can't remember when an AFAS Consultant last visited you. It's high time for an update and a reintroduction.
When can I stop participating in the AFAS Mentorship programme?
Once you have everything set up. Your business processes are set in stone. Every component is being used optimally. And when AFAS stops delivering new functionalities. Then we can confidently say: you no longer need AFAS Consultancy!
Until then, an AFAS Consultant always adds value. Of course, the goal is to reduce the number of consultancy hours. To ensure that the (internal) functional administrator can do as much as possible themselves. And that an AFAS Consultant ultimately only visits for optimisations and new functionalities. And a nice cup of tea.
