With over 25 years of experience in payroll, including more than 20 years in AFAS Profit, Miranda understands how processes truly function. After holding various positions at different organisations, she founded Proces Bouwers Payroll together with Jos Loock in 2025. Miranda leads the payroll team and ensures quality and efficiency.

Isabel is Marketing Manager at Proces Bouwers and is responsible for increasing brand awareness and all aspects of marketing. She gets energy from the creative freedom in her work and finds it inspiring to get ideas from the work of her colleagues, even though she is the only one who does not work directly with AFAS.

Freek specialises in HRM and Payroll and combines the roles of mentor and project leader at Proces Bouwers. He gets energy from brainstorming with clients about process design and believes it is important to transfer knowledge so that clients can ultimately continue independently.
