What are the terms and conditions of employment?
Our terms of employment are minimal in terms of rules and maximal in terms of value. For example, we do not have a maximum number of holiday days or mandatory office or work-from-home days.
The most important “rule” is that you work towards your personal goal and contribute to the team goal.
It is also worth mentioning that within the AFAS Campus you will have access to the very best facilities. This means you will have access to the gym and a perfect lunch for a minimal fee.
