Should I choose between outsourcing and doing it myself?
No. Many clients start by outsourcing and then move on to a mentoring arrangement, where their own team takes over step by step. It can also work the other way round. We adapt to wherever you are in the process.
Will this work even if we don’t have any Power BI licences yet?
Absolutely. We’ll advise you on the perfect licensing model within Microsoft and take care of the set-up. You’ll never pay for more than you need.
Do you build on the standard AFAS dashboards?
Yes. AFAS provides a solid foundation. We set up those dashboards and build on them, tailoring them to your processes. You’re often up and running with the basics within an hour.
Do we need a data department for this?
It’s not something you start with. If you do want to develop in that direction, we’ll help you set up that department, just as we do with functional management or payroll. One person in charge is enough to get started.
How much does it cost?
That depends on the option you choose. Outsourcing is charged at a fixed monthly rate, whilst mentoring is charged per session. We’ll discuss it with no obligation and no hidden costs.
