Help, there's an AFAS malfunction!
Oops. Your AFAS Profit has crashed or you are receiving the message on AFAS InSite: ‘It is (temporarily) not possible to log in’.
Well... even something as magnificent as AFAS Software occasionally – very occasionally – experiences online malfunctions.

But is the bar at the top of this page green? Then there are currently no known disruptions at AFAS. You can also check whether users have reported any disruptions via this page from allestoringen.nl.
Are there no known malfunctions and is Profit crashing? Then we have a quick tip for you: use the key combination “CTRL + F1“. (Or “CTRL + FN + ALT + Backspace” on an Apple Mac). Then click on “Sign Out”. Profit will log you out. Then restart it via afasonline.nl. There's a good chance your problem will be solved!

Is it a problem with InSite or OutSite? Then read on below.
Unable to log in to InSite or OutSite
Back to that first notification on InSite or OutSite. This problem can have various causes. You can resolve this notification by performing the following checks.
Step 1
Check the ‘Publish’ tab in the site properties. Or check ‘Web location’ and verify that InSite/OutSite is linked correctly.
Step 2
Is everything connected perfectly? At the top of this page, we have placed the AFAS bar for you, so you can see if there is a malfunction. If there is a malfunction, you can view the technical issues at AFAS Online here. This can happen to the best of us. Is the malfunction known? Then it will be listed here. Step 3
Are there no known technical issues? Then we have another trick you can try. This is the equivalent of the old plug-it-out-and-plug-it-back-in trick, which always works wonders with your computer. Here it is:
Republish your site. To do this, select ‘No location’ under ‘Web location’ in the site properties. Then click ‘OK’ and reconnect your site. Your site will be available again in approximately 30 minutes. Yay!
